Aluminium profile cladding processing galvanised sheet can be divided into the following categories according to the production and processing methods:
1, single-sided plating and double-sided differential galvanised steel plate
Anhui cladding steel sheet single-sided galvanised steel, that is, only on one side of the galvanised product. In welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc., has a better adaptability than double-sided galvanised steel. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is a galvanised sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side of the galvanised sheet, i.e, a double-sided poor galvanised sheet;
2、Hot dip galvanised steel sheet

Now the primary choice of successive galvanising process production, that is, the rolls of steel plate successive immersion in the melting of zinc in the tank made of galvanised steel;
3、Electro galvanised steel plate
The electroplating method to produce this galvanised steel sheet has outstanding processability. However the coating is thin, and corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanised steel;

4, alloying galvanised steel sheet
This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500 ℃, so that it generates an alloy film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanised steel sheet has outstanding paint adhesion and weldability;
5, alloy, composite galvanised steel sheet
It is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminium, zinc and other alloys and even composite-plated steel. This kind of steel plate has both rustproof function and outstanding painting function;
Anhui-clad steel plates in addition to the above five, there are colourful galvanized steel, printing and painting galvanized steel, PVC laminated galvanized steel and so on. But now zui commonly used is still hot dip galvanised steel.
